Now that I think about it, a double delta 32 allele deletion would mean no CCR5 and LL would therefore be useless for those individuals. Basically, they already do what LL does bc they have no CCR5.
An individual with only a single allele deletion may get some benefit. And trying to remember Ohms post, actually is quite high a percentile that would get benefit from LL.
