Solray was formed at least 5 months after the Elba property purchased agreement expired. Q2 filing stated it expired in Q2 so at least by June 30, 2023. SC sos shows SolRay was registered on November 28, 2023.
The ceompany gave up and decided it was done filing after Q3 2023 filing and went all in, behind the wizard’s curtain, SolRay. You think tbe SolRay team was formed, with assigned titles (lol), in a week? They all colluded to form SolRay using Snpw ceo’s contacts and are advertising to “Switch to SolRay. Lmao!
