If snpw is headed towards the Expert Market, why? Wouldn’t seem to be a monumental task to complete filings. Especially noting their last filing reported zero sales.

So, why isn’t snpw releasing the sec required filings? Is there something to hide? They don’t have money to pay for the filing? Something they would have to report would conflict with something previously communicate? What?
