Looks like it’s still listed as a subsidiary.
No change of ownership, for the non-glass solar panel patents, since the wizard inventor assigned them to NMG, according to justia patents online.
Why do they name it National Mechanical Corp, on the Snpw website subsidiaries page, but registered it with Nj SOS as National Mechanical Group Corp?
So much for putting “non-glass” into play after 5 years of PROMOs. Popped the solar link on Spp’s website and only see “single glass” and “double glass” solar panels? Another pivot with the business?
The wizard must gave forgotten about getting those online in 2021 and then again in 2022 per the filings?
Keeping an eye on another cookie jar again.
