Good write up on the projects. However, I think there is a much larger picture to examine.
Both the Medrycycler and Durango should not have been funded (my opinions) as projects. Both were extremely risky investments. One was involved with a highly debatable technology that could not prove itself as safe. The other was a project in a country based with political unrest, controlled by cartels and represented far too much risk.
It isn’t that snpw failed in both of these programs, it’s that the programs were funded in the first place. This is the point of failure. Believe if snpw had a BOD these programs would have been shot down early on.
