No nonsense, very simple and very likely based on previous issues/use of stock.
Simply stated, a 1% issue of the 999.7m shares ( 9.7m shares) I believe is very likely - actually quite conservative. I believe this act raising a half billion in revenue is very unlikely.
Imagine what the roughly 10.m share increase to the current 250k float would be impacted. And the 10m is only represents a 1% use of the new shares. What impact would 10% use, adding 100m new shares to the float - think this would impact the current 250k share holders.
For shits and giggles, to reach a 500m market cap based on 1% use of new shares the stock price would need to be over $48 per share. On 10% use of the billion new issue the stock price would need to be $480 per share for a 500m market cap.
