The bigger picture is:
There are currently 262k shares outstanding.
The authorized share count is 1billion shares. This leaves
999.7 million shares to use at the discretion of the company.
Even if the company dilutes/uses a mere 1% of the authorized it would total 10m shares. And you don’t think the current shareholders holding 262k shares would be painfully diluted by a mere 1% of the authorized totaling 10m. 262k/10m and this would only represent 1% of the float should it be issued.
