Dilution by SNPW will only have a deleterious effect IF its done to fund operations or other expenditures that don't produce rev$ since it brings little to zero intrinsic value to the company.

If however the dilution is done for Acquisitions, and/or public/private Offerings to raise cash in exchange for an ownership interest in SNPW then the effect will be negated.

Shares diluted in exchange for actual value in not an issue over the medium to long term.
