6 months after 2023 yr end and still eff'ing clueless!!
how can a ceo NOT know, 6 months after 2023 yr end, the financial performance, profit/loss, assets & liabilities, stock shares issued and private loans disclosures, for his public company, when ONLY needing last quarter (Q4) for numbers to complete the 10-K??
it's been said, over and over, incompetence, distractions, ego and greed have destroyed the company, with company's twitter page running a close second.
