Waiting to see who owns shares of Sun Pacific Power Pty Ltd.. You won’t have to wait much longer. But, it ain’t Snpw, that’s for sure. Not happening. There’s a real reason for NO 8-K regarding the registered foreign entity. It’s a private proprietary company not able to be owned by the public.
Druggie’s mentor forgot to tell him Disney only controls its Australian Disney Pty Ltd entity through a 99 year lease with NSW state government. No lease means no Disney ownership.
