That was 3-4 yrs ago. 160$ is the cost of a happy meal now. I would think the estimates need to be jacked up by 50-90%
With my career i still havent been able to adjust my internal cost rules of thumb to align with the new reality. Everything in construction is easily 50-100% (depending on specifics) more than 4 yrs ago, and i would expect medical is no different. I have to take my old guess and double it anymore to be close to actual contract amounts for estimating purposes.
