Filings still delinquent entering July?
Company is buried with debt with $0 sales and zero assets. Never paid off a loan. Used the loans to convert hundreds of millions of shares to bury shareholders with stock dilution. Then pissed away hundreds of thousands on who knows what while losing its only revenue contracts and taking control of subsidiaries and forming covert side companies using contacts with contract’s agreements with his public company.
