That sound like a reasonable scenario GM.  The only hitch could be the insurance companies, since that was mentioned in the HIMR shareholder update.  Insurance for this new industry is still based on the old way of timber recovery (human divers).  If the insurance issue cannot be resolved, than it is likely Hollund will remain a partner, and that is not bad either.

BTW, in keeping with yesterday's late evening conversation, do you really think OTC was not updated on HIMR's share reduction because of an oversight?  HIMR management certainly did not jump to correct the situation when you brought this issue to their attention.
