Q: How will UNVC be listed on the new Dream Exchange roster when they are currently a shell risk, show no revenue, and couldn't qualify for the NasDoc under current conditions?
How could the DE list them as a company that signed on under the current conditions?
Could it be with conditions, such as Doc has to bring the private companies in prior?
How could he keep that confidential?
