As a shareholder who hasn't YET been diluted why are you so afraid that Campanella might actually get it built.?
With only 260000 OS any real news could easily push this to over 40 dollars a share (0.01 pre split)
That is only a 10.4 million market cap.
The company did have a 350,000,000 market cap with worst financials.
And you break even..
