Can someone clarify this for me?

I know that this site says that there are 993m shares outstanding. I also know that an additional 750m shares were authorized by shareholders last year. There are outstanding warrants and options to buy out there. When someone exercises either a warrant or an option to buy, does it come from the 993m shares or from the 750m shares? And does anyone know how many warrants and options to buy are out there?
