Q2 ends Friday. Have delinquent filings been filed yet?
Delinquent filings due:
2023 - 10-K
2024 Q1 - 10Q
No disclosures filed for the following material events.
- Side co. solar panel and lithium battery competitor, Solray Inc., formed by ceo of Snpw, in November 2023, also named as ceo of Solray on its website
- Business arrangement/agreement between GEP/Sun Group and Sun Pacific Power Pty Ltd, not owned by Snpw and not a subsidiary, nor a division of Snpw/SPP. Sun Pacific Power Pty Ltd is proprietary foreign entity, owned privately by a limited number of shareholders, using an accounting company's office as it business address in Australia advertised on Sun Pacific Power's website.[/color]
- Business arrangement/agreement between Foxess and Sun Pacific Power Pty Ltd, not owned by Snpw and not a subsidiary, nor a division of Snpw/SPP. Sun Pacific Power Pty Ltd is proprietary foreign entity, owned privately by a limited number of shareholders, using an accounting company's office as it business address in Australia advertised on Sun Pacific Power's website.
Then there's SolRay, Inc. any of the side company's team members/reps (incl Snpw ceo), as advertised on its website, have any business dealings with GEP/Sun Group, SC-Solar, Foxess or Autowell, during the same period of when Sun Pacific Power/Snpw had/has been dealing with the same so-called Sun Pacifc Power partners (inc. exlusive U.S. partner GEP).
Just some random thoughts and questions to chew on.
in my opinion
cheers
