Anyone think side company SolRay and its team members have colluded to set itself up to do business with GEP/Sun Group, ATW, SC-Solar and Foxess? And before SolRay, with Campanella as its ceo, was disclosed to the SEC and shareholders.
They’re all guilty IMHO knowing most of the SolRay team named and promoted on its website already have a business relationship or association by representation and possible compensation with Snpw (sign agreements/legal counsel/director/wingman/).
Then you have a foreign proprietary entity (not owned (shares) by SPP or Snpw/No 8-K) being given attention as a cute distraction during delinquent filings for months. To add more to the ridiculous, behind the scenes non-disclosed bullshit going on, we find out a SolRay team member is the registered agent for the same foreign proprietary entity (Sun Pacific Power Pty Ltd).
The paid pumpers are getting more nervous with every next day of no disclosures and filings. Eventually, the SEC could come knocking asking for the keys to the P.O. Box (registered as corporate office) and the checkbook. IMO, zero oversight and candy jar days nor much longer.
in my opinion
cheers
