Quite clear that the Investors SNPW seeks at this time are not Retail holders.
Simply look at the calibre of the entities SNPW has partnered with, ie, Fox, GEP etc, why would they even care about Retail at this juncture!
Even with the RS, lack of filings and "silence", these entities are still here, so based purely on common sense, SNPWs partners are likely in the loop re what's taking place behind the scenes.
I've said this on multiple occassions and i'll say it once more......due to the prevailing tensions between the "West" and China, the Chinese are seeking to partner with companies that could assist them in deflecting the likely "headwinds" associated with doing business in Western nations......this is where SNPW comes into play IMO
