I finally got around to reading the Warrant Offer filing. Well, scanned it really, looking for the last day of the offering.
“ Offer to Amend and Exercise – Section 4. Expiration Date
Section 4 of the Offer to Amend and Exercise is changed to “Expiration Time” and is amended and restated as follows: “The Exercise Offer will be open through 12:01 a.m., Eastern Time on July 19, 2024, as may be extended by us in our sole discretion.”

July 19, 2024 is a month long window. Of course, company could extend. So a few questions I’ve been thinking about.
- is the SP stuck at .14-.13, or will it level to .09, or could it increase. I know dumb question.
- are we allowed to announce anything positive during the offering time? I think so, publications for example.
- does the timing of this move mean that we are Tee’d Up to start MSS CRC? I think so.
Thanks for considering my questions. I also love this part and hope it comes to full fruition.
…” “The Original Warrants represent 75% of our outstanding warrants. The balance of our outstanding warrants generally have different, and primarily lower, exercise prices.”
