4000 to 1 RS, no new dilution,getting a yield sign going silent really doesn't paint a picture of a company that currently cares about selling stock or luring in new investors does it?
To me and just my opinion it looks like the company just wants to completes it goals and doesn't care whether newbies would invest now or not.
