A certain Paid Ba$her keeps citing the fact that SNPW is delinquent re their SEC filings and has been designated the "Yield" sign on the OTC.

While this is all true the lying Muppet fails to also cite that even though the company is delinquent the SEC has yet to sanction SNPW in any meaningful way.

While I am not aware of the official policy of the SEC when it comes to submitting timely reports, it is quite clear that the process does provide companies considerable leeway to correct same.

IMO, the filings will be submitted before any such sanctions will be handed down since I believe management is fully aware of the time frame for any such SEC actions against SNPW.

Also, I confidently predict that once those filings are made public, any companies or entities mentioned in said filings will receive a deluge of communications from the Ba$her squad whom will once again poorly attempt to create chaos and CONfusion by doing impersonations and of course, lying.

The usual suspects of course, "Lawsuit" James, Wallstreet, Kazi aka Three, Dakota, Huggy and Poison........all Low IQ frauds to be sure!
