Doesn't work but gets approval. LL shows it works but "this will buy us time" and shi#can us.
If only we had MORE rules and regulations for people at the fda to follow, so this didn't happen, all would be well.
I'm looking for one story about how great the fda is and how they improvised adapted or overcame great hardship to resolve a problem for the country.
All I can find is people asking for form 564d23 to be filled out and wait for a preliminary zoom conference to see if we even like you before we get you to then submit your 10,000 page schematic application that we will review in the next 180 days to determine if we will deign to even consider further review. Maybe I should go up to Bar Harbour at their summer homes and try to stir these layabouts up a bit.
I just went to a construction proposal meeting at my local VA hospital. 15 shareholders sitting around a table and each seems to have some veto power in the process and each wont answer a question that someone might expect accountability for the answer. They can all say no but no one has the balls to say yes. Once we get notice to start design we will have almost a year to design a simple warehouse. Then contracting and bidding will take 8 months. Then they hope to have funding approved in '27 and start construction in '28 for a f'ing 20,000 sf warehouse! If it was private sector we would have it designed in 45 days and constructed in 245 days tops. And it will cost 5x a private warehouse. 900$/sf for a warehouse.... I have to imagine this is similar to how the fda functions.
