It would strike me as Spectacularly foolish... for large investors to avoid this new raise...no matter the penalties involved or the lack of rewards/enticement to do so...especially since the success of the CRC trials...would be a "gateway"...to future success.
Large investors have much to lose by not guaranteeing this trial...having a large amount of "skin" in the game already...is plenty reason to ante up.
