looking for longer term breakouts and positive managerial announcements.
looking at a level 2 for short term daily blip moves on a OTC stock doesn't typically play longer term dividends.
but-if you are looking at that.. then concentrate on the bid and the amount of shares on the bid. that is a much better indicator than the ask.. always...
