.0003 restarted with a 2M buy - more bidders came in at .0002 already - 6.3M.
Remember there was 389M bid at .0001 of which none got filled - there was just a 5M done at .00015 as part of the 60M buy set at .0002 just after the open.
Plenty of new interest cash to take out the .0003s.
