New Exercise Price: In 2019, I exercised all of my warrants under a tender offer from Nader P which priced them at 27 cents. I don't remember the discount to market price (maybe 30%-- 27 cents compared to 41-42 cent share price?).
What I do remember is that subsequently, the share price briefly dropped down to 27 cents, causing me to think that I could've just bought shares on the open market. But, I wouldn't have helped the company benefit from my funds, and my warrants would've eventually expired without exercise.
I don't have a recommendation for you. You have a fleet of vehicles, each holding a different size pile of your investment monies. Maybe you'll have the chance to back up your customized speculation truck and buy at 9.387 cents.
"Investigator initiated Alzheimer's trial" in real humans(!) rings in my head in a good way. I think that will happen more often, as the CCR5 research community sees more of our data. GLTA.
