Someone, I believe Sean, asked how many warrants are outstanding. Per the SEC filing - as of June 14, 2024, we had outstanding warrants to purchase an aggregate of 361,675,427 shares of common stock.
“Assuming full participation, this Exercise Offer would result in gross proceeds to the Company, and corresponding increases to cash and stockholders’ equity, of approximately $25.3 million."
I'm not expecting "full" participation, but if it's 40% or more, we'll be looking at ~$10m. As I recall, I thought I saw somewhere where that amount would be sufficient to fund the next trial. At .09 per warrant, I would be surprised if it's not well over 40% participation.
