I believe they're trying to raise the funds needed to start the trial(s) rather than wait for the settlement or a partnership. That doesn't concern me because I want them to start the trials ASAP, and I'm confident the funding from the other sources will follow shortly after we start the trials. We need to get something in the hopper NOW!
