Anyone think this is a possibility?
Maybe, rNicky doesn’t have the dough to pay Turner Stone accounting firm. Maybe, they still owe from previous filings too. Turner Stone may have told the ceo no more work unless we get paid.
But, is that considered a valid reason (unable to file due to unexpected circumstances) to put on a NT 10-k? Company could never use no money as an excuse any longer after spending almost 400k in Q3 2023 and having money for China photo gallery promo trip.
