Did the ceo sign off on delinquent filings yet?
Or too busy still setting up SolRay his non-disclosed side company (also as ceo of course)?
Almost 6 full months since 2023 year end and he still can’t connect the dots to file its 10-k. Only needed to wrap up q4 numbers. Hopefully, not too much crossing of the Snpw and SolRay lines?
I’m still expecting no further filings for Snpw until the one that removes the name off it UPS mail box.
