Last I noted, failing wasn't NOT a crime in the USA.
To date all i've seen of Nicky is the inability to bring lofty projects to fruition, at times because they were flawed and in the case of the MedRec, a bunch of woke shiteheads in RI.
We know, even though that fraud Kazi tried to claim otherwise, he did not dump his holdings pre split but in fact accumulated ~35M shares in the preceding years.
I will end by saying that, the embarrassment of Dakota clearly has issues, and no brain for investing and as such appears to believe Nicky should somehow be held accountable for his utterly stupid trading decisions.
