It’s not a bad thing to increase lymphatic vessel diameter , even if Amyloid plaques are not the underlying cause of AD. Even the loose ones. Note, stimulation also has Arterial diameter increases.
To clear loose Amyloids in an unintrusive way, couple with a badass immune modulating drug candidate could be pretty awesome.
