This most odd refusal to proffer a simple statement is by no means PROOF of guilt, but, it certainly is EVIDENCE of same.
A possible reason why one would be hesitant to post such a denial publicly is that in the event the company chooses to pursue "actions" against individuals engaging in activities that are deemed to be illegal, such statements could be of evidentiary value.
Especially so if it was determined to be false and said claimants had indeed been engaging in illegal acts, eg, impersonating officials in order to extort privileged info and/or maliciously propagating false info meant to severely tarnish the image of SNPW and/or its primaries, and thus harm the company.
