Let me see if I understand this correctly. If the share price average next week is $.13, the warrants would convert at $.091 (.13 x 70%). So the warrant holders get a good deal, and the company longer has the overhang of these unconverted warrants. Of course, it would be better for the company if the conversion price were higher as it would raise more funds.
