I took a look at the pathways of several of the proteins mentioned in the articles on Alzheimer's and they are added to the regulator list - EGR-1(-), p38 (-), JNK (-), AP-1 (-), c-Raf [-]
More importantly a week ago a ran across a study of maraviroc in liver fibrosis damage and saw that maraviroc had downregulated p53 while I had mistakenly put that it was upregulated. I went back and took a look at the pathways and it is indeed downregulated. My next post will be the updated list. I would like a mod to replace the list with the new one if possible.
