One last try to help you understand why your thinking below is not financially sound:
If Cytodyn filed an SEC filing today and sent you an email invitation to participate in an offering where you could buy stock at 16 cents (at least today that was the price - it could get lower next week) would you sell your stock today at .14 cents to raise money to participate in the offering that would have you buy the stock at 16 cents or would you wait to see if the price became lower next week at which point you could then sell your stock and participate.
If you say you would sell today, then you don’t have a sound investment philosophy or else you should explain why you would do such a thing.

I'm not asking you to repeat your rationale. I just disagree with your rationale and I do believe people are selling CYDY to raise funds to exercise warrants.
