Maybe if it’s a legitimate company with some ability to execute driving $1 of revenue in its industry of choice. Not a company that has lost millions along with hundreds of millions in stock dilution and nothing to show on a balance sheet and then can’t find the ability to file with the SEC and no disclosures.

No cash left, no ability to borrow any longer.

It doesn’t get any worse than that. But, IMO it will get worse.
