thomas fagan business is in a business park very close to a large medical firm -suspect he may have had contacts with some medical company re the use of NNLX patents-why else would he pick NNLX for a hostile takeover and try to obtain control of NNLX patents
below is interesting partially because Fagan was found by a court to have violations similar to what Fagan is charging against NNLX
I'm waiting to see NNLX response to Fagans suit-havent seen it but havent been looking for it either-anybody seen it? as i mentioned before defendant usually has 20 days to respond once he receives notice-which was when? 20 days should be coming up soon
