There are three parts to your post, that I will address separately

Part one "a class of victims comprising over a dozen shareholders with losses totalling in the millions"
I agree if there is proof that the Company did something Illegally wrong instead of just trying and failing I fully support a class action suit.

Part Two a Civil matter "I's not tortuous interference when I'm stating FACTS" but it is as it not a matter of simply stating facts' it a matter of interfering with the plaintiff business operations with the intent to harm the business.
What are the four elements of a claim of tortuous interference with contract?
Intent on the defendant's part to disrupt the economic relationship, or knowledge that disruption was likely because of their conduct; Disruption of the relationship; Harm to the plaintiff; and. A causal connection between the wrongful act and the harm.
