What is he hiding?
We know what they were trying to hide with new solar (same model as SPP/EPC) company (SolRay) registration and its website burning live showing and online sales job solicitation for SolRay, by the same ceo as publicly traded Snpw. But what else is Mr Transparent aka the wizard up to behind his curtain?
Must be feeling nice and cozy being tick tock on the SEC clock.
If the SEC shuts down Snpw trading there’s always private entity SolRay to plug and play with. And no impact on SPP Australia ltd registered in Australia and not a subsidiary of Snpw and guess who owns all of the shares while using SPP name? You won’t find Snpw shareholders owning any SPP Australia ltd shares and Snpw isn’t owning any shares of SolRay. Check with SC SOS for a few bucks.
