Since the posting was active 3 days ago it would indicate the COMPLETION of the USA-manufactured facility is near ready for operation.
But of course at the moment we don't know if SRnrg jobs are Solray jobs and we don't know if Solray Inc is replacing Elba Power Corp.
But keeping it all hush hush til it ready would fit what was said in this tweet.
