Snpw ceo soliciting sales personnel for his competitive side company SolRay but can’t find the time to file with the SEC???

Registering a new side co., building a website, assembling a team (srnrg.com), soliciting sales people, all for the competitive new solar side company, but can’t file with the SEC as the ceo of a publicly traded company for months now.

Maybe there’s a method to the madness why Snpw did ZERO sales in Q3 of 2023?
