A few years ago, I tried to reach out to some of the people who were involved in PTOI, who might not have been directly involved in the fraud. I was hoping they would come back to the board and let everyone know what they saw. That information could almost certainly help readers here from getting defrauded in the future. So far, nobody has stepped up.
If any of you know something about PTOI which others might not know, please share. I'm sure a lot of people here would like some information or maybe some closure.
