What matters did any of those so called "gathering information" events interfere with the company's business operation?
The company claims they did and based on the evidence that previous proposed 1000 to 1 RS were deemed not necessary and cancelled by the company, it does appear possible that some of those events did interfere with the company's business operations as claimed by the company resulting in a 4000 to 1 RS.
