You are still missing the point which has nothing to do what so ever regarding an 8-k. Come on, play catch up here.
You have used the below tweet as justification for SNPW not updating shareholders. Everything from the reverse split to delinquent filings etc.
And now you state the tweet specifically refers to the US manufacturing facilty. You are speaking with a forked tongue.
I believe the tweet is referring specifically to the US manufacturing facility, where chaos was caused by a poster allegedly representing themselves as an attorney who was a part of a legal investigation and threaten realtor Don Moss if he did not give him all his information on SNPW.
