That fact is not so funny, is it?
How the company is now a delinquent filer with the SEC. After initiating a 4000: 1 Reverse Split and taking shareholders shares away, before the stock tanks post-split while those same shares, taken away, are sitting in some candy jar, and not issued for 4 months since Reverse Split
That's not a good way for a company to run their/his business is it?
Keep laughing until the P.O. Box is closed-out and website is no longer lit up. Don't worry about the doors closing for good because the company hasn't had an actual office of any kind for almost 3 years. Ever since they were paying 17,000 per month for a non-operating company while easing a building for 2 1/2 years.
