Its becoming clear that FOX and other Chinese companies that have offshore companies manufacturing Solar Panels and Batteries are attempting to skirt the provisions in the IRA that strictly prohibits importation of Green products and/or critical materials from China.
Recently saw J.Yellen being grilled before a Congressional Committee as to why her dept. altered the wording of the IRA to the extent that it essentially allows Chinese products to be imported even though the IRA strictly prohibited it.
Either outcome, ie the original wording of the act is adhered to, or the alterations are allowed to stand, is good for SNPW as the "Front Manufacturer" for their Asian partners IMO.
