Wow. Everyone should read this, and then maybe someone can tell me what Murray (of the FDA) means when he says he supports a refuse-to-file even if they (Cytodyn) can fix a few things because it (the RTF) "buys us a little time when we need it most."

What does Murray mean here? Why does the FDA need to STALL? What would that accomplish? When did he say this? Was Murray riding shotgun for another drug from another company that needed some time to be approved?

To me it seems almost unbelievably like a smoking gun. Maybe someone else can explain why there is no conspiracy here.
