If this theory is correct (remember, its only a theory until proved), then this price level will likely remain stable until the financials are filed or perhaps just a little while afterward.  But the financials should already show a reduction in shares, and this should nix any talk of dilution.  That alone might generate more interest.  After the financials are published, news should begin flowing from HIMR and North Cal.  So I suggest that the share reduction would need to be completed by then.
